Applying Coupons

Coupons are a great way to reward customers! In Citrus, coupons can be applied to any order to create a discount. 🏷️🤑
Steps to Applying a Coupon
- Click Financials on the lefthand panel
- Either select Create Order or select the order you want to apply a discount to
- Coupons can only discount orders with a ‘created’ status.
- Select Add coupon found above the order totals
- Start searching for the ‘discount’ code for the coupon
- Select the coupon you want to apply
- If you wish to add another coupon code, select Add another coupon
NOTE: if the discount appears as $0.00, please check that there are items in the order and that all coupon requirements and restrictions have been met.
