Managing Memberships
Learn how to manage memberships in Citrus Camps. Organize and track participant memberships to optimize your sports camp operations.
There are a few different ways to manage the memberships for your program. You can easily see all the details associated with memberships; this includes membership status, membership package, star date, next invoice date, attendee details, payment methods, orders and other memberships. 🔄
Viewing Memberships Details
- Click 'Financials'
- Select 'Memberships' at the top
- Click on the memberships you wish to view more details for
- Scroll down the 'Orders' section to view all orders associated with the membership
How to Update a Membership Package
- Click on 'Financials'
- Select the 'Membership' tab at the top
- Find the membership you want to update
- Click the three dots on the right-hand end of the membership
- Click 'Update Membership'
How to Cancel a Membership Package
- Click on 'Financials'
- Select the 'Membership' tab at the top
- Find the membership you want to update
- Click the three dots on the right-hand end of the membership
- Click 'Cancel'
NOTE: there are three different options for when the membership is cancelled
- Immediately: The membership will be immediately cancelled, and you can no longer receive payment
- At the end of the billing period: The membership will be scheduled to cancel at the end and will no longer receive payment after that point.
- On a custom date: The membership will be scheduled to cancel on a custom date of choice and will no longer receive payment after that point.
