Resend an Order Email
Learn how to resend an order email in Citrus. Ensure your participants receive important order information with ease and efficiency.
There are a few ways to resend an order email to a customer.
The first thing you need to know is that you can only resend an order email to a customer for a paid or partially paid order. 📬
Steps to resend order email (Orders Tab)
- Click Financials on the lefthand panel
- On the orders tab, click the triples got on a Paid or Partially Paid
- Click Resend email
Steps to resend order email (Order Details Page)
- Click Financials on the lefthand panel
- On the orders tab, click on a Paid or Partially Paid order to view details
- Click the Actions button located at the top right of the screen
- Click on Resend email
